Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigeration, heat pump, and gas furnace issues Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Service split systems, package units, furnaces, condensers, and air handlers Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, evacuations, and system startups Educate homeowners on repair options and recommendations Complete service tickets and documentation accurately Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle and appearance Follow EPA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times Qualifications 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems Knowledge of airflow, superheat, subcooling, and static pressure preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Gas furnace diagnostics and repair Electrical troubleshooting Refrigeration systems Low-voltage controls Customer-facing residential service experience ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience
