The HVAC Installer will primarily focus on residential installations, working with a small, collaborative team to set up and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves hands-on system installation, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and testing to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Frequent travel within the local area is expected to meet project needs, utilizing standard HVAC tools and system design software. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems in residential properties Set up and configure HVAC equipment according to specifications Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Troubleshoot system issues and perform repairs as needed Conduct thorough system testing to confirm proper operation Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation Technical certificate in HVAC or related field EPA Refrigerant Certification Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical wiring Familiarity with safety standards and best practices Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
