on the 2-week look-ahead schedule. Deliver project phases
on or ahead of schedule

Maintain current and accurate project documentation, including RFIs, as-builts, photos, and field directives. Ensure all required project records are submitted on time and comply with C/Sharpe standards. Site Logistics Maintain clean, organized, efficient jobsites. Proactively identify risks and escalate issues before they create schedule or quality impacts. Demonstrate mastery of operational systems (Procore, SafetyPlusWeb, scheduling workflows, and safety documentation).

Required Experience & Skills: Education: No specific degree required; construction-related training preferred. Industry Experience: 5 years in commercial construction
required. 3-4 years in a Superintendent or Foreman leadership role
required. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading construction drawings, scopes, and specifications. Experience coordinating trades, manpower, equipment, and materials. Proficient in safety practices, daily logs, and schedule management.
Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have): Experience in
window/door installation

waterproofing, structural repair, concrete repair

roofing
, or
coatings
. Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software. Additional certifications in relevant trades (Procore Certification, OSHA 30 etc.). Experience supervising multi-trade teams.
