HVAC Installer - Commercial Construction Immediate Openings - Start Work Right Away! We are actively hiring experienced HVAC Installers for commercial construction projects and are looking for dependable, motivated professionals who are ready to start immediately. What You'll Do: Install commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, and associated equipment Install ductwork, fittings, diffusers, dampers, and ventilation systems Set and connect HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and project plans Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction documents Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and related components Assist with system startups and functional testing Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA and site-specific safety requirements Qualifications: HVAC installation experience in commercial construction EPA Certification preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Experience installing ductwork, HVAC equipment, and related components Familiarity with HVAC tools and installation best practices Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Long-term and short-term project opportunities Career advancement opportunities Safe and professional work environment Consistent work with reputable commercial contractors Why Join Us?
