Journeyman HVAC Technician

Responsibilities Perform HVAC installations, repairs, maintenance, and service calls in accordance with state and local codes Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling system issues Install, service, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful completion of residential and commercial HVAC projects Conduct inspections to identify potential system issues, safety concerns, and code compliance needs Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements Valid driver's license Oklahoma State Journeyman HVAC/Mechanical license preferred or required Proven experience as an HVAC technician, including installations, repairs, and maintenance Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Exceptional time management and organizational skills EPA certification preferred
