Roles and Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of retail applications and POS systems.
Execute test cases in a retail lab environment using Xstore.
Validate business workflows across retail operations including sales, inventory, and transactions.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using standard QA tools.
Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Support end-to-end testing of Oracle-based retail systems and integrations.
Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
Ensure software quality standards are met before production releases.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Retail QA testing or similar functional testing roles.
Hands-on experience working with Xstore in a retail lab or POS testing environment.
Strong experience with Oracle-based retail applications or Oracle systems.
Good understanding of retail business processes (POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, etc.).
Experience in creating and executing test cases and test scenarios.
Strong defect management and reporting skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with Manhattan Associates systems (e.g., WMS or related supply chain solutions).
Familiarity with retail supply chain or omnichannel retail environments.
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, or similar).
Exposure to automation testing in retail systems (optional).
