This role is ideal for someone who likes to support sales operations, ensure order accuracy, and serve as a key point of coordination between teams and customers.
What your future day will look like
Review and compare customer forecasts and commitments against incoming purchase orders
Verify product details such as SKUs, pricing, ports, packaging, colors, and quantities for accuracy
Ensure all purchase orders meet required standards before processing
Partner closely with internal sales support teams to manage order updates and revisions
Act as a primary contact for customer merchandising teams regarding order corrections and updates
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sample orders, pre-ticketing, and product setup
Enter and track sample and order data in internal systems
Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams and external partners
Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Keep work organized and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions

Type Contract to Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast‑moving environment
Team‑oriented approach with a collaborative attitude
Prior experience handling time‑sensitive projects is a plus!
