Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings. $2,000 Sign-on Bonus Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 10am to 3pm Make an Impact Every Day! By helping students with autism build confidence, strength, and independence. What Youll Do: Implement individualized treatment and exercise programs that support each students motor and mobility goals. Deliver treatment plans and exercise programs based on Physical Therapy assessments and IEP goals. Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Strong communication, teamwork, and observation skills. The New England Center for Children (NECC) is a global leader in autism education and research.
