YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE

As Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of service quality and operational efficiency on the floor:

• Manage the entire restaurant department: scheduling, planning, supervision, training and team development, including direct management of bartenders and servers
• Ensure effective coordination between the floor, kitchen and other departments
• Develop and optimize schedules, work distribution and operational follow-ups
• Maintain the highest service standards, in accordance with ÔMAGE and GHGC policies
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement concrete solutions
• Be present on the floor, proactive in managing unexpected situations and a guarantor of service quality at every step
• Be an inspiring leader, capable of motivating rigor, efficiency and commitment within the team

THIS POSITION IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
• You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy structuring operations
• You wish to actively contribute to positive and lasting change
• You are looking for a human, stimulating and excellence-driven work environment
• You excel at managing priorities and handling unexpected situations effectively
• You are bilingual, with a perfect command of both French and English, oral and written — required due to regular interactions with an international clientele
• Experience with Positouch would be an asset
