We re looking for a
Senior Customs Entry Specialist
to join our dynamic Customs Entry team. This role features a Hybrid Work Model designed to balance professional collaboration with remote flexibility. If you re passionate about trade compliance, thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You ll Do:
Filing ISF (10 2 Form)
Ensure timely and accurate filing of Importer Security Filings (ISF) prior to vessel loading to maintain compliance with CBP regulations. Prepare and File Customs Entries
Prepare and transmit Customs entry documentation for import shipments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely release by CBP. Ensure Regulatory Compliance
with TSCA, FDA, EPA, and other PGAs. Coordinate Operations
with internal departments, carriers, and government agencies. Resolve Issues
related to documentation discrepancies and customer inquiries.
What We re Looking For:
3 5 years in Customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international logistics. Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS codes, ISF, and PGA requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customs systems;
Familiarity with CargoWise is a strong advantage!
