Seeking a passionate 3D Design Associate Director, the full-time remote role will manage multiple projects from concept to execution, creating engaging environments for a variety of experiential campaigns while collaborating with creative teams and clients. Key responsibilities
Work simultaneously on multiple projects, overseeing the entire design process from initial concept development through final execution Create and manage materials for client campaigns, ensuring professionalism in all outputs Collaborate on creative and production timelines to incorporate 3D design deliverables within overall project timelines
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in environmental, exhibit, or installation design within the experiential sector A strong portfolio showcasing capabilities in creating engaging environments through sketches, 3D models, and production drawings Proficiency in relevant design software and a keen understanding of current design trends and technologies Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism and translate feedback into finished designs Detail-oriented and well-organized, thriving in a deadline-driven environment
