Working remotely or in Washington D.C., the full-time salaried Analytics Manager will manage data analysis and reporting projects, create client-facing materials, and mentor junior analysts to drive data-driven decision-making across various client sectors. Key responsibilities
Analyze polling data and present findings in clear reports to clients and stakeholders Build data infrastructure, including calculators and visualizations, to support analytical solutions Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering their professional growth and project success
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a statistical background or 3+ years of data analysis experience Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and experience with data visualization tools Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large projects independently Experience in creating reports and using business intelligence tools like GIS or Tableau Ability to tackle broad, open-ended questions and analyze data under tight deadlines
