The Coordinator of Virtual Design & Construction plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of construction projects through advanced digital technologies. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about integrating innovative design solutions with practical construction applications, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement virtual design strategies. Coordinate the creation and management of Building Information Models (BIM). Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and construction teams to optimize design processes. Conduct virtual site inspections and assist in identifying potential design conflicts. Prepare and present design simulations and project visualizations to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools. Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
