Central London | Up to £50,000 + Benefits + Outstanding Career Development One of London's leading super-prime residential contractors is looking to appoint an ambitious Design Manager to join its growing design team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Architectural Technologist, Part II Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect looking to make their first move into contractor-side Design Management. If you've gained experience working on luxury residential or prime refurbishment projects and want to become more involved in how exceptional buildings are actually delivered, this could be the perfect next step. Our client offers a different environment. Rather than remaining within a traditional architectural practice, you'll become part of a collaborative construction team delivering some of London's finest homes. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Design Managers and Commercial teams, gaining exposure to every stage of the construction process while developing your own career within a supportive and growing business. The Role
Working as part of an established Design Management team, you'll assist with the coordination and delivery of complex super-prime residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll be involved in:
