Workbox is seeking a full-time Sales Manager. The Sales Manager role is an important one in the next phase of our company’s growth. You will work to help us grow our member base in Columbus, requiring a wide skill set including the execution of the full sales cycle, top‑of‑the‑funnel pipeline management, and assistance in strategic partnerships and brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive top‑of‑the‑funnel pipeline
Own the full sales cycle – this involves pitching, touring, negotiating, and executing contracts
Identify and execute new strategic business development opportunities, partnerships, and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings & tours
Know the market: understand the “ins and outs” of your local market, including pricing and nearby competitors
Generate profitable new business through sales funnel management and outreach activities to achieve monthly sales targets
Identify target customers in new markets
QUALIFICATIONS
2 to 3 years of experience in a successful sales‑related role
Experience or knowledge of the full sales cycle in the commercial real estate, coworking, or similar industry
Ability to develop and foster new relationships that lead to pipeline growth
Ability to create and execute successful outbound campaigns
Experience with cold calling, emailing, and managing inbound leads
Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Uncanny ability to meet deadlines and get things done
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or knowledge of building relationships with real estate brokers
Previous coworking, tenant rep, or leasing agent experience
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Apollo.io, OfficeRnD, and LinkedIn
Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Benefits
Annual base salary of $60,000 - $65,000, plus uncapped sales commissions
