We are looking for a full-time employee to join our team in Eiterfeld as soon as possible in the role of:
Responsibilities
Assisting with the updating, documentation, and further development of quality control guidelines at every stage of the operational value chain
Conducting quality controls at all relevant stages of the value chain:
Monitoring of production processes and ensuring product and delivery quality, e.g., by inspecting raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods based on established quality requirements, including daily product evaluation using acceptance reports
Analysis, evaluation, and classification of customer complaints and error reports, as well as root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
Assisting in the preparation of key performance indicators for the statistical analysis and evaluation of measurement data, as well as complaint and error statistics
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of project-specific QA reports
Assisting the Quality Manager in communicating the QA status to project managers and senior management
Profile of requirements
Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
Further training as a technician is desirable
Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in mechanical or special‑purpose machine engineering
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Analytical, structured, and independent work style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
