Coulter INFINITI is hiring motivated Sales Consultants to add to our team! As a Sales Consultant with us, you’ll represent one of the most respected names in Arizona and a luxury brand known for innovation, performance, and style.

We offer
$70,000 – $160,000+ per year (base + commission + bonuses)

Responsibilities
Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned INFINITI vehicle.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and guide test drives.
Qualifications / Requirements
No experience required!
Experience in sales , customer service , retail , hospitality , call center , BDC , real estate , or similar customer‑facing roles is a plus!
Strong communication and active listening skills
Confident, coachable, and highly motivated to succeed
Comfortable using technology and learning about new products
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
