This is a US based hybrid role at our Memphis, TN location requiring onsite work 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our HAFS Global Transformation team in a hybrid capacity based in Memphis, TN. This role plays a critical part in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across a global scope, working at the intersection of process improvement, project governance, and emerging technology adoption. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to help drive meaningful change across the organization.
Responsibilities
Support continuous improvement initiatives across assigned Towers by partnering with team members to gather requirements, document current-state and future-state processes, and track implementation progress.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans, deliverables, timelines, financials, risks, issues, and action items.
Manage and document the project life cycle, including intake, planning, execution, testing, change management, governance, and post-implementation support activities.
Maintain project artifacts, trackers, meeting materials, status updates, process documentation, and decision logs to support strong program governance.
Support governance and integrity of project documentation using SharePoint and related tools.
Assist with AI platform testing, use case documentation, training materials, and adoption tracking in partnership with Transformation team members and business stakeholders.
Analyze project data, resource information, and status reporting inputs to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improved execution.
Support preparation of leadership updates, steering committee materials, presentations, dashboards, and other Transformation Program communications.
Help document, elevate, and monitor risks and issues in partnership with the business and Transformation leadership.
Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and identify actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise materials for senior leadership audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project documentation, process mapping, and lifecycle management.
Experience supporting AI platform testing, use case development, or technology adoption initiatives is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and organized project records.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Familiarity with program governance frameworks, risk management practices, and change management principles.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or related role within a large, complex organization.
Prior experience supporting transformation, shared services, or finance projects preferred.
1+ years experience working with SharePoint or similar document management and collaboration platforms.
Demonstrated experience preparing senior-level presentations, dashboards, and status reporting materials.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
