Maintenance Manager

This isn't a desk job. As Manufacturing Maintenance Manager, you'll be the technical backbone of a fertilizer production facility the person who knows why equipment fails before it fails, who leads trades crews with confidence, and who treats equipment reliability as a personal scorecard.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with operations leadership and process engineering to keep critical assets running safely and efficiently. When something goes wrong, you're the one with the answer.

Day-to-day reliability and maintenance of plant equipment from proactive P-F curve intervention to hands-on troubleshooting when it matters most

Direct supervision of maintenance workforce - Mechanical, I&E, and soft crafts.

Smaller capital projects from concept through startup budget, schedule, and technical spec ownership

Equipment design, installation specifications, and commissioning plans for new and modified assets

KPI development, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintenance documentation integrity

The right candidate combines engineering fundamentals with a bias for action. You don't wait for problems to escalate you anticipate them. You're comfortable in a hard hat and equally comfortable presenting cost-benefit tradeoffs to leadership. You build trust with your crew by knowing the work, not just managing it.

A BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)

3+ years of progressive engineering experience at an industrial facility

Working knowledge of mechanical systems, instrumentation/controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Working knowledge of bulk and material handling conveyor systems, and automated packing systems

Strong project management instincts and a track record of leading through change

5+ years in plant engineering, reliability, or maintenance engineering

Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles

Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP or Maximo
