Our client is a top biotech company seeking a data-driven Sales Operations professional to support their commercial organization. This role is central to maintaining CRM integrity and enabling consistent sales execution through clean data, operational reporting, and hands‑on user support.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Execute ongoing CRM data stewardship including data enrichment, de‑duplication, and general data hygiene across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and related objects
Monitor and improve data completeness and accuracy by identifying systemic issues such as missing required fields, inconsistent picklist usage, duplicates, and stale records, and coordinating remediation efforts
Define, document, and reinforce CRM data standards (definitions, required fields, entry rules) in partnership with Sales, Funnel Ops, Finance, and CRM stakeholders
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Operations, RevOps, or a related analytical/operations role
Hands‑on experience supporting Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms and business users
Demonstrated ability to work with data sets, identify issues, and drive clean‑up and remediation activities
Knowledge and Skills
Strong Excel skills required
Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI is a plus
