Job Overview As a Billing Chat Repair Representative you will use your computer, written communication, multi‑tasking and problem‑solving skills to nurture and grow trusting customer relationships through a web‑based chat platform.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers via chat, addressing billing and payment questions, rate and fee inquiries, order processing, account updates, and subscriber complaints.
Maintain and update customer accounts using company information systems.
Provide knowledgeable customer service and act as the written voice of Spectrum.
Resolve inquiries efficiently while upholding a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English and Spanish.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year customer service experience, preferably in cable or telecommunications call centers.
Proficiency with MS Office and personal computer skills.
Strong communication, dependability, multi‑tasking, typing, and customer service skills.
Problem‑solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, and resilience.
