A Typical Day May Include
Assisting office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations
Developing peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts
Coordinating project tasks and reporting to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking
Supporting Indianapolis and regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects

Requirements What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an
ABET
accredited program
Passed Professional Engineering ( PE ) exam (preferred)
4-8 years relevant work experience in public sector work preferred
Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Adobe or Bluebeam
