Role Overview We are seeking confident, driven outside sales representatives located in agricultural areas nationwide. You will act as a road‑warrior, selling the STOP‑FYRE fire extinguisher directly to farmers by driving farm‑to‑farm within a protected territory. Your average earnings are $90,816, with top performers earning over $200,000 in commission.

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential customers within the assigned territory.
Present and demonstrate STOP‑FYRE products to farmers and related agricultural stakeholders.
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
Travel extensively within the territory, building long‑term relationships with customers.
Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Many years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
Strong competitive drive and a proven record of winning sales.
Connection to the agricultural community (e.g., grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or regularly do business with farmers).
Background in construction and/or excavation (e.g., construction work, sales to construction, or owned construction business).
Entrepreneurial mindset – independent, self‑motivated, and business‑savvy.
Commitment to helping others (e.g., experience as firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT).
Self‑driven, ambitious, trustworthy, and patient.
Selection Criteria
Performance record – proven track record of sales successes.
Willingness to learn, train, and adapt to new strategies.
Passion for customer service and product excellence.
