Overview We are seeking a
Systems Engineer (Level 2)
to support mission-critical programs in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role focuses on
systems engineering, requirements management, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
to support development and integration efforts on medium-to-large scale systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle (requirements, design, integration, and verification)
Develop and manage system requirements, CONOPS, and technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to support system development and delivery
Utilize Jira/Confluence (or similar tools) for tracking, documentation, and coordination
Contribute to system modeling efforts using MBSE methodologies where applicable
Required Qualifications
Active
TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline
(5 additional years of SE experience may substitute for a degree)
14 years of systems engineering experience
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar)
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for requirements and project tracking
Desired Qualifications
Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or Rhapsody
Familiarity with SysML modeling
INCOSE ASEP certification (or similar)
Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs
