We are looking for a
Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
to join our team in a role that combines sales and customer service. This position is ideal for someone who
enjoys writing new business
while
managing
and
servicing existing clients .
This is a
100% on-site position , working with both new and existing clients in a team‑oriented, client‑focused environment.

Sales Agent Support
Mentorship with Established Agent
Responsibilities
Engage with new and existing clients
to assess their needs and recommend appropriate coverage (auto, property, liability, flood, recreational vehicles, and more)
Handle inbound and outbound calls for
quotes, renewals, payments, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
Educate clients on coverage options
and provide clear, confident guidance
Manage
renewals and retention efforts
to maintain long‑term client relationships
Identify
cross‑sell and upsell
opportunities that add value to clients
Follow up on
leads, referrals, and past clients
to grow your book of business
Execute
win‑back strategies
to re‑engage previous clients
Stay current on carrier guidelines and products
to provide accurate recommendations
Collaborate with team members
to ensure smooth operations and an excellent client experience
Requirements
Active Florida
2-20 License
( Required )
3+ years of
Property & Casualty Insurance
experience in Florida market ( Required )
Proven success in sales, cross‑selling, and retention
Experience in an office environment, including multiline phone systems and agency software
