As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, operating, and evolving the network platforms that provide the backbone for our branches, data centers, and customer experiences. Responsibilities
Owning the design, engineering, lifecycle management and support of enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity
Leading the implementation and optimization of voice, video, and collaboration platforms across the organization
Driving network modernization initiatives, including cloud connectivity, zero trust architecture, and automation
Monitoring and troubleshoot network performance using telemetry, logs, and analytics tools to proactively prevent outages and improve stability
Partnering with security teams to strengthen network defenses, investigate anomalies, and implement controls to reduce risk
Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, aligned with architecture standards
Maintaining accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, operational procedures and controls
Serving as an escalation point for complex issues and mentor junior team members
Participating in on call support rotation and provide leadership during critical incidents
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or business-related field (may be waived in lieu of experience)
5+ years of enterprise networking experience with knowledge of routing, switching, and network design principles
2+ years of experience supporting voice and collaboration platforms such as Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams or similar technologies
Experience with cloud or hybrid network environments
Ability to analyze packet level traffic, and troubleshoot complex performance or security issues
Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver results across cross functional teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
Customer focused mindset with a commitment to service quality and continuous improvement
Preferred Skills
Current Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications
Experience with managing Juniper switches
Familiarity with managing video management
Experience managing Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
