Starting base salary $45,000 with potential for growth and commission
Average first‑year earnings $55,000–$75,000
Top performers may earn $85,000+ in year two and beyond
Location Requirements Applicants must reside in Minnesota or Louisiana.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on insurance needs.
Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Maintain a professional workspace with high‑speed internet for remote work.
Work a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day (11:30–8 pm EST, 12:30–9 pm EST, or 1:30–10 pm EST) for a minimum of six months before shift change consideration.
Assist with licensing and training for Property & Casualty insurance; licensing required post‑hire.
Utilize provided computer equipment and support remote work requirements.
Participate in rewards and recognition programs.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Clear communication with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty license required after hire.
