Position Overview We are hiring experienced Sales Representatives who can generate opportunities, build trust quickly, and drive results in the field.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll prospect neighborhoods, identify roofing needs, and guide homeowners through the process — from first conversation to signed contract.
What You’ll Do
Prospect targeted areas through door-to-door canvassing
Identify roofing needs through inspections and homeowner conversations
Educate customers on solutions, materials, and project scope
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closingBuild strong relationships and maintain follow-up pipelines
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project delivery
Represent Summit Solutions with professionalism and integrity

Strong ability to generate your own leads consistently
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
