Position Summary
Position Title: Grant Program Manager
Reports to: Island Park Sustainable Fire Community Board of Directors
Classification: Part-time (4-8hours/month), Hourly
Salary: Hourly rate ranges from $23-$30/hour
Benefits: No benefits provided
Office: Applicant will provide computer with Microsoft office manager software, office
space, printer, cell phone and other materials necessary to complete tasks

About Island Park Sustainable Fire Community (IPSFC)
IPSFC was formed in 2012 to address challenges and actions faced by landowners in
Island Park area with wildfire. The intent is to have a community adapted to living with
wildfire and smoke and a landscape resilient to wildfire.
IPSFC is a nonprofit organization promoting and implementing programs to mitigate
wildfire and smoke within the Island Park Area. Currently the organization is funded solely
by grants and a small amount of donations.
Position Overview
The Grant Program Manager is responsible for securing funds and managing those funds
through various grant programs. The Grant Program Manager works with Board of Directors
and IPSFC staff to write grants that fund the various aspects of IPSFC fuels mitigation
programs and to manage secured funds according to Grantees MOU.
