US - Lead Project Management Specialist

Responsible for the coordination and completion of a business project.

Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of the project.

Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

Required proficiency in Salesforce and Excel. Bachelor's degree and at least 6-8 years of experience in business management, project management, or related area.

Familiarity with contract management and flow down is not required, but valued.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

Leads and directs the work of others. The candidate will need to dig into generic problem statements and determine the optimal path forward.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Will report to Sr. Director of Licensing.
