Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-driven Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our spa operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, eager to grow within the wellness industry, and excited to expand their leadership and sales skills.
The ideal candidate demonstrates the following:
Growth-Focused LeadershipAssist in leading the daily operations of the front desk, training and coaching sales associates, and partnering with the Spa Manager to foster a positive, client-focused, and team-oriented culture.
Membership Sales & Customer ServiceLead by example by building meaningful relationships with clients and recommending personalized membership and service solutions. You have the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a sales team to achieve performance goals.
Passion for Health & WellnessHave an interest in, or a desire to learn more about, the benefits of massage and facial services. You are comfortable educating guests on services, enhancements, retail products, and membership options.
Administrative & Multi-Tasking SkillsExperience managing or assisting with administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to, scheduling, inventory management, sales reporting, and other operational tasks, while maintaining excellent organization and attention to detail.
Results-Driven MindsetYou understand how your actions contribute to the success of the business and can adapt your approach to meet changing business needs. You are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
