Global Treasury Manager

The Global Treasury Manager will perform all activities related to cash flow, borrowings, disbursements and cash accounting activities.

Monitor and optimize the liquidity of the Firm:

• Monitor and manage all domestic and international cash balances efficiently to ensure funds are available to meet ongoing operational needs through daily cash management in Kyriba:
• Control and analyze the bank transactions, reconcile the bank actuals with the forecast flows, check the consistence of the flow ledger balances, analyze forecast flows not realized
• Determine the cash position for the coming days and execute intra and interbank transactions
• Review and approve ACH uploads
• In relation to the Group cash pooling, estimate daily the available cash or financing need for all SAGE entities that will be invested or pooled to the centralizing company:
• Report the need /excess to the Group Treasury and alert each time there is a substantial modification compared to the forecast
• Follow up the banks intraday limit and the internal financing limit of each entity and anticipate any exceed based on weekly forecast
• Manage the Factoring program including remittance to the Factor and presenting customers for acceptance into program

Manage the weekly cash forecast of all entities:

• Coordinate and advise, AP and AR, daily regarding cash flows, weekly forecasts and related treasury transfers
• Establish with AP/AR department the weekly forecast for 4/6 weeks for each entity, upload it into Kyriba at each Friday and update it regularly
• Consolidate the weekly forecast at corporate level, analyze the variance between actual cash flows and forecasts

Manage and coordinate the development of projects directed for all entities to include all located in North America.

• Extend the scope of the cash pooling with HSBC: documentation / limits / management of current account / migration of domestic ZBA / GO Live
• Support the implementation of all Kyriba functions (GL entries, etc.
