FleetLogix is seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager to serve as the primary operational liaison for key regional clients, managing day-to-day service delivery, performance metrics, and contract compliance. This position requires a blend of relationship management, project oversight, and data-driven analysis to maintain high service standards. You are responsible for maintaining existing relationships with customers to ensure profitability and satisfaction, oversee training and development of site managers and office administrators, as well as leading the management of our unionized workforce, ensuring positive labor relations and adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
What You'll Do:
- Train new and existing site managers on all processes related to the running of their location(s) including, customer relations, communication, payroll/billing, discipline, hiring and termination, productivity, scheduling, safety, investigation and reporting.
- Work with office administrators and site managers to ensure all daily duties are being fulfilled and any issues such as accidents, claims and employee issues are being addressed immediately and discussed with Human Resources and Payroll (when necessary).
- Lead the management of unionized workforces, ensuring strict adherence to Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
- Serve as the first line of defense in resolving labor grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensure productivity benchmarks are being met per company/site standards.
- Oversee staffing, ensure site managers are actively recruiting and filling open positions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple site locations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with company standards.
- Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance indicators such as revenue, efficiency, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead regional planning initiatives aligned with company growth, customer retention, and profitability targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with existing and new clients to identify service improvements, potential risks, and opportunities for expansion.
- Directly supervise and support the development of Site Managers and Office Administrators.
- Train and mentor operational leaders in areas including service delivery, customer engagement, team leadership, payroll/billing processes, safety compliance, and performance management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and succession planning to build a high-performing regional team.
- Regular attendance according to the FleetLogix policy is required and is an essential function of the position. Employees with attendance issues will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive management experience in multi-site operations, logistics, or field service industries.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, client management, and process optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); capable of navigating operational systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive performance improvements.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to write reports, operational documentation, and professional correspondence.
- Functional understanding of basic math; capable of interpreting operational metrics, budgets, and financial reports.
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Must pass a driver safety skills test and meet internal driving standards.
- Minimum 21 years of age and 4 years of qualified driving experience (for insurance and client contract purposes).
Physical & Travel Requirements:
- Frequent travel between regional sites required (up to 70% depending on market size).
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, as well as climb, kneel, or bend as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and walk distances of 100+ yards regularly.
- Capable of getting in and out of various types of vehicles multiple times per day.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to variable weather conditions, including hot, cold, wet, or humid environments.
- Occasional exposure to noise, fumes, and traffic-related hazards depending on site conditions.
