Managing sales performance reports, the full-time Sales Analytics Specialist will analyze trends, segment clients, and generate actionable recommendations for the sales team while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Supervise the creation of performance reports for sales, billing, activation, retention, and growth Coordinate the updating of dashboards and automated reports using tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI Ensure data integrity across various systems and provide training to analysts or operational staff
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Administration, Mathematics, or related fields 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, commercial planning, or business intelligence Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and basic automation Strong SQL skills for data querying and segmentation Experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
