Qualifications •5+ years of outside or field sales experience, ideally B2B. •Experience selling into multifamily, hospitality, fitness, beauty, or service industries. •Comfort with cold prospecting and door-to-door / property-to-property selling. •Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You’re someone people remember after one meeting. •Self-directed: you can manage your own calendar, pipeline, and priorities without daily supervision. • Valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance (this role requires daily driving across the metro). A clean and safe driving record. • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and standard sales tech. •A track record of meeting or exceeding quota. •Spanish fluency a plus! •Experience launching a sales territory from scratch.

Physical Requirements •Over 50% of your time will be driving throughout the LA metro and North County San Diego. • Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs, and carry sales materials (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.

Compensation Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, rewarding strong performers for the growth they generate. Total eligible compensation at 100% is $145,000 - $165,000.
