ERP & Business Applications Support Specialist Parksite, a 100% employee‑owned company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Applications Support Specialist. As an Enterprise Business Applications Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the systems that power our day‑to‑day operations. This position focuses on providing both technical and functional support across enterprise applications, including ERP systems. You’ll be a key resource for troubleshooting issues, maintaining data accuracy, supporting business processes, and contributing to system enhancements. Working closely with IT, business teams, and external vendors, you’ll help ensure our systems run efficiently and continue to evolve alongside our business needs. Comprehensive Benefits Package 401(k) Program to secure your financial future Company‑Paid Life Insurance Health, Dental, Vision, and Flexible Spending Insurance Plans Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Bonus Incentives for employee referrals Professional Development Expand your knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise applications through hands‑on troubleshooting and system support Gain experience in data governance, system audits, and process improvement initiatives Build technical skills in reporting tools, databases, and system integrations while working alongside experienced IT professionals What You’ll Do Provide first‑level support for business applications and ERP systems by troubleshooting user issues and responding to support tickets Monitor system performance and proactively report technical or functional issues to ensure smooth operations Maintain and update system data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms and modules Document support requests, resolutions, and system procedures to promote knowledge sharing and efficiency Assist with system testing, upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency Support data integrity efforts through data imports, exports, and basic report generation across applications Participate in system audits, data cleanup initiatives, and quality assurance activities Follow and support data governance standards, helping audit and maintain high‑quality, compliant data across systems Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Foundational understanding of enterprise‑level systems and applications, including ERP platforms Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies in a fast‑paced environment Skills & Abilities Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve system issues Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively support users across the organization Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining data accuracy Physical Requirements Ability to work in a computer‑based office environment for extended periods Ability to remain focused while reviewing systems, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues Ability to communicate clearly with team members, stakeholders, and users in a professional setting Pre‑Employment Requirements Ability to pass pre‑employment physical, drug screen, and background check Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting business applications such as ERP, CRM, WMS, or similar enterprise platforms Familiarity with SQL, databases, or reporting tools used for data analysis and reporting Knowledge of Infor CSD (CloudSuite Distribution) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus but not required Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and integrations is a plus but not required Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, inventory, procurement, or order management Work Environment Primarily office‑based environment with a strong focus on collaboration and system support Regular interaction with IT teams, business departments, and external vendors Fast‑paced environment requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills Involvement in supporting multiple enterprise systems, including ERP and related applications Opportunities to participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives Active role in data governance, audits, and quality assurance efforts Occasional after‑hours support may be required during system updates, upgrades, or critical issues Team‑oriented environment focused on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous system improvement Career Growth Opportunities Develop deeper expertise in ERP systems and enterprise application support Expand into roles focused on system administration, business analysis, or application management Gain experience with integrations, data governance, and advanced reporting tools Take on increasing responsibility in system improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects Build a strong foundation for long‑term career growth within IT and business systems support We are Equal Opportunity Employers committed to building diverse and inclusive teams.
