To drive data-driven insights and improve member outcomes, the full-time remote Product Analytics Engineer will collaborate with Product Managers and Care Team leads to translate data into actionable opportunities, design experiments, and build analytics tools. Key responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers and Care Team leads to translate business goals into measurable hypotheses and actionable insights Design and evaluate experiments to validate product hypotheses and guide iteration Build and maintain robust analytics models, dashboards, and self-serve tools using Snowflake, dbt, and BI platforms
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred) 4-7 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries efficiently Experience with DBT for data modeling and transformation Proficiency with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
