Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Contractor to join our engineering team during a critical phase of product development. The role involves ensuring the quality, performance, and user experience of our enterprise software platform through manual, automated, and hybrid testing approaches.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using BrowserStack Lowcode automation. Design, execute, and analyze comprehensive test cases-including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reproducible steps, logs, and visual evidence using FreshService and Azure DevOps. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to clarify requirements, edge cases, and validate bug fixes. Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing on iOS, Android, and Web to ensure consistent user experiences. Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and support release sign-offs. Qualifications:
At least 5 years of dedicated experience in software Quality Assurance, preferably in fast-paced consulting environments. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks. Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as FreshService and Azure DevOps. Skilled in API testing with Postman and database validation using SQL on Azure SQL. Hands-on experience with automation tools like BrowserStack Lowcode, Selenium, PlayWright, and ADA testing. Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and performance testing tools like JMeter. Proficient in Python scripting and capable of onboarding rapidly with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate technical issues. Benefits & Growth:
