We are seeking reliable and caring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about supporting clients in the comfort of their own homes. Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and medication reminders Support mobility and daily living activities, including walking, transfers, repositioning, and toileting Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe environment Provide transportation and support for errands and appointments as needed Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a respectful and engaging environment for clients Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team and document care accurately Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure high-quality, client-centered care Requirements
Current TB screening/QuantiFERON or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year) Attend Home Care will obtain for you if you don't already have this Pre-employment physical or letter of medical clearance - Attend will obtain for you if you don't already have this Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents) Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care Benefits
