How We Pay
This is a W2 employee position. The compensation plan is a tiered based compensation plan with a base draw. An estimated income for the first year is calculated to be between $75,000 to $100,000 for a motivated individual. (
All of our top salespeople earned over $150,000 + in 2023.

There is no cap or limit to the income earned
. You will be paid on your individual performance! We do not guarantee the estimated income it is up to your Super Star Power.
