Job Summary The Manager, Operations Analytics will be a key leader within the Operations team, generating tools, cadences, and insights that guide operational strategy, day‑to‑day execution, and customer‑facing solutions. The position leads a team of business analysts and collaborates with operations teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence and business growth.
Responsibilities
Define, generate, and maintain standardized KPIs, dashboards, and analyses using multiple data sources and visualization tools.
Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts and future data professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration and innovation.
Identify trends and correlations to provide insights that improve operational decisions.
Collaborate within and across the organization to develop best practices for the function and advocate improvements in enterprise‑wide tools.
Drive performance against team objectives and KPIs.
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, validation and documentation.
Assess and document existing business procedures; develop recommendations, implementation plans, schedules and written reports for management.
Support commercial activities by preparing qualitative and quantitative business cases that showcase performance and value creation.
Work closely with business leaders and clients to analyze requirements and implement best‑practice, consistent, standardized IT solutions.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Champion a team culture focused on inclusion, engagement and continuous learning.
Provide ongoing feedback, performance management and developmental opportunities.
Partner effectively with local and central stakeholders, including internal and external parties.
Work with Operations, People & Organization (P&O) and other stakeholders to drive actions supporting business objectives.
Develop client relationship‑management skills via implementation support, AQP meetings, Deep Dives and Business Reviews.
Facilitate key business cadences and own the design, maintenance and continual improvement of related materials.
Drive tactical execution and continuous improvement while providing executive‑level insights and updates, including risk identification.
Qualifications Required:
5+ years of experience in supply‑chain analytics, data analysis, business intelligence or a closely related field, ideally within a large‑scale operations environment.
Strong knowledge of operational systems (WMS, TMS, etc.).
Experience owning and managing KPIs and financial performance.
Working understanding of supply‑chain or logistics processes and the data structures that support them.
Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, user‑friendly visuals that drive decision‑making.
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI and/or Tableau.
Ability to build and publish functional dashboards independently.
Preferred:
Experience with large enterprise customers.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language (Python, R, DAX, or M). Lean / Six Sigma certification.
Travel & Compensation Occasional travel across the distribution network (10–20%).
Expected base pay range: $113,000.00 – $141,000.00.
