About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store to actively sell products, and support and guide customers with fashion and product knowledge. You will work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni‑experience where available.
Engage with customers and have conversations to provide excellent service.
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
Effectively promote and sell products to customers.
Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
Complete garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
Support garment presentation, maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.
Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
Follow best practice for any in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools, including Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store.
Support opening and closing of the store.
Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Passionate about fashion and the in‑store experience.
Motivated to give customers a great experience.
Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented.
Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that can be applied to the role.
Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or other service‑related industries.
