We’re looking for someone who is equal parts
sales professional , community builder, and local ambassador. You’ll be responsible for
generating leads ,
building partnerships , hosting tours, and creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
What You’ll Do
Conduct engaging tours and help prospective members find the right workspace solution
Actively
generate leads
through
networking , community involvement, referrals, and local partnerships
Represent Werkstatt360 at
chamber events ,
networking groups , business functions, and community gatherings
Build relationships with local business owners, entrepreneurs, commercial real estate professionals, and community leaders
Manage and nurture a
sales pipeline
using our CRM (Salesforce)
Consistently follow up with prospects and convert tours into memberships
Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for members and guests
Support front desk operations and help ensure an outstanding member experience
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with Franklin and the surrounding business community
A natural
networker
who enjoys building relationships and making connections
Strong
sales ,
business development , or
lead generation
experience
Comfortable attending
networking events
and representing the company in the community
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Experience in coworking, hospitality, commercial real estate, customer service,
membership sales , or
business development
is a plus
Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented
Someone who enjoys helping local businesses succeed
