Essential Functions
Tenders accept/reject loads, create loads, set appointments, dispatch, track and trace loads, root cause problem solve issues, and resolve/communicate to carrier and/or customer as appropriate.
Conflict resolution and assisting Carrier Sales Rep to find the best possible solution and outcome in every transaction.
Identify and develop relationships with transportation providers to ensure adequate coverage to maximize penetration of customer freight portfolio through soliciting capacity.
Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling of coverage of loads to ensure proper customer needs are met within the agreed‑upon time period.
Additional Responsibilities
Continuous improvement in all segments of the business.
Schedule and dispatch while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Responsible for timely updating of load statuses to the TMS.
Maintain a positive employee climate and maintain a customer satisfaction index at a world‑class level while being available 24/7/365 for responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
H.S. Diploma/GED, Required.
Bachelor's Degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field, Preferred.
3 years or more in Business (Vendor or Sales). Required.
Working knowledge of Transportation Industry, carrier modes & services and basic Supply Chain design and functionality. Advanced. Required.
Knowledge and support of RIL policies and procedures. Advanced. Required.
Demonstrated PC skills in MS Access, Excel, Word. Clear understanding of SMS legacy system. Intermediate. Required.
Understanding of assigned customer, customer product and distribution requirements. Intermediate. Required.
Compensation Information Pay Type: Salaried. Minimum Pay Range: $75,000. Maximum Pay Range: $75,000.
