Job Responsibilities
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design guidelines to communicate user experience concepts with minimal oversight
Lead the development and refinement of design principles, guidelines, and patterns to ensure consistency
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and technical constraints for effective design solutions
Partner with user researchers and designers to address cross‑application design challenges and maintain ecosystem consistency
Contribute to high‑level design strategy to align user experience efforts with organizational goals
Provide feedback and direction to ensure design solutions are intuitive, innovative, and adhere to established principles
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (Required)
4-7 years Related working experience (Required)

Base Pay Range and Bonus Base Pay Range: $97,300 - $175,500
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
