About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented individual to join our team as a New Business Manager . This role is designed for professionals who are eager to build, learn, and accelerate their careers in a high-performance environment. You will play a critical role in driving net-new revenue by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities with leading brands. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear path for growth within the organization. Responsibilities Opportunity Development Qualify prospects by understanding business objectives, challenges, and marketing needs Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across prospective accounts Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement to progress opportunities Pitch Leadership & RFP Execution Lead end-to-end pitch development and presentation for small to mid-sized opportunities, including building strategic narratives, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and delivering client-facing presentations Partner with Revenue Enablement to develop compelling, insight-driven proposals and materials Support senior sales leadership on large, enterprise-level pitches, contributing to strategy, materials, and preparation Deal Support & Execution Own deal progression for small to mid-sized opportunities from initial engagement through close Support pricing, scoping, and proposal development in partnership with senior team members Demonstrate increasing ownership over commercial conversations as experience grows Stay current on industry trends across digital marketing, advertising technology, and e-commerce Identify new opportunities for growth based on market dynamics and competitive landscape Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and revenue enablement to improve pipeline quality and conversion Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and sales materials based on market interactions Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Track outreach, engagement, and opportunity progression Contribute to pipeline reporting and forecasting processes Requirements ~2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related client‑facing role Strong interest in digital marketing, media, advertising technology, and/or e‑commerce Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish credibility with clients Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through Self‑starter mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working cross‑functionally and contributing to team‑based outcomes Nice to Have Experience supporting or participating in RFP or pitch processes Familiarity with major digital marketing platforms and both paid and organic marketing channels, as well as creative Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management What Success Looks Like Consistently generating and progressing qualified pipeline Actively contributing to pitch development and new business wins Building strong relationships with prospective clients and internal teams Demonstrating rapid growth in sales acumen, industry knowledge, and client engagement Benefits Unlimited vacation policy Monthly Phone Stipend Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options 401(K) plan with matching Dog friendly office Hybrid role based in New York City Professional Development Program Bonus Perk - Seamless allowance Compensation Total compensation based on education, experience, and skills level ($60,000-$198,000) Level 1 - $60,000-$87,600 Entry Level - Meets qualifications on a minimum basis Level 2 - $87,600 - $115,200 Level 3 - $115,200-$142,800 Level 4 - $142,800-$170,400 Advanced Level - Exceeds qualifications on an extensive or advanced basis Level 5 - $170,400-$198,000 Senior Level - Exceeds qualifications on an outstanding basis Location New York City: 43-01 22nd St, Suite 602, Queens, NY 11101, United States AI‑Assisted Screening Notice As part of our initial application review process, we may use an AI‑assisted tool to help compare skills and job titles from your resume with the requirements of the role.
