Key Responsibilities
Write and execute complex SQL queries across multiple systems to extract, transform, and analyze data in support of product development and operational decision-making.
Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data deliverables, including dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses.
Support Agile Development processes by contributing data-driven insights during sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming.
Design and maintain data pipelines and database schemas that consolidate disparate sources to enable standardized views of portfolio health, performance, and adoption.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support metrics development and reporting that drive internal and external solution adoption.
Participate in post-deployment analyses and root-cause investigations, leveraging data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field.
Proficiency with scripting languages such as SQL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell.
Strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Familiarity with reporting tools, particularly Tableau and PowerBI.
Experience in database designing, data mining, algorithm analysis, data querying, and data visualization.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a product operations or product management role.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Experience with client-facing roles and excellent communication skills.
Compensation A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $102,000 - $154,000 USD annually.
