This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Assisting Sales Managers with group sales leads, creating proposals, drafting Sales Agreements, entering bids into electronic RFP systems such as Cvent etc. Assisting with marketing tasks, client events, and solicitation projects. Coordinate and manage group room blocks, tracking pickup and assisting with reservation requests and changes. Maintain and update sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera) with client information, group history, and relevant documentation. Support the sales team with reporting, prospect research, and lead generation activities as needed. Ensure all documents and communications meet brand standards and professional guidelines. Act as a liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. The wage for this position is $26.52. This is the pay Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
