Previous automotive sales experience is not required

Responsibilities Building rapport with a variety of customers and determining their vehicle needs Comprehensive product knowledge Managing effective customer test drives Completing quotes and explaining finance options Be able to complete a car deal from start to finish under the direction of the sales manager Following up with prospective and existing customers
Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and presentation skills Personal commitment to a career in the auto industry An outgoing, friendly personality with expertise at developing relationships The ability to ask for the sale and follow through A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation : This is a 3-month base training salary + commission position with more than average compensation, Range $50,000-100,000
