Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or a digital marketing role.
Preferred qualifications
• 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
About the job Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner with major brands and agencies to help them grow. In this role, you’ll drive sales of Google’s full suite of advertising solutions—Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more—across a diverse client base. You’ll build trusted relationships, uncover business needs, translate them into powerful solutions, and deliver measurable impact while collaborating with internal sellers and executive stakeholders.
US salary: $88,000 – $125,000 (USD) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities
Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate excellent value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and deliver measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
